Project Description:
KidsSTOP™ is Singapore’s first and only children’s science center for ages 8 years old and below. With an exclusive 3,000-square-meter gallery built to encourage playful exploration, KidsSTOP™ provides a safe and exciting learning environment for children to discover the wonders of the world. The children's science museum comprises 17 zones and feature areas designed around four themes – Imagine, Experience, Discover and Dream. These zones and feature areas employ STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics), principles through activity, play and exploration.
When science comes alive at KidsSTOP™ via the exhibits, children are able to form a strong emotional connection to science, to Science Centre Singapore, and to each other. This children's science museum has been so successful that kids are returning on average once every two months, and KidsSTOP™ has placed a cap on the number of memberships to ensure an optimal experience for all.
