Project Description:

Toyota Experience Center (TEC) employs leading edge technology to educate team members and their guests about Toyota’s past, present and future as a mobility company in North America. The 44,000 TEC represents Toyota's first and only comprehensive visitor attraction in North America.

Visitors begin their journey with a look into the Customer Experience, where Toyota representatives are in daily contact with their customers. The History and Heritage Gallery chronicles the arrival and early history of Toyota in North America, while the Here and Now Gallery showcases current production models and the latest print and digital ads. Beyond these exhibit spaces, the Manufacturing Experience and Sales Experience immerse visitors in Toyota’s manufacturing, sales and “continuous improvement” culture.

Throughout the TEC, this "continuous improvement culture" is front and center – from a gallery of motor sports vehicles, to the concluding “Innovation Space” and “Mobility Workshop” experiences, which showcase past technical advances as well as products currently in development. All of these galleries offer employees the opportunity to witness various facets of this dynamic company, while reinforcing the notion that Toyota Motor North America cares as much about its people as it does about its vehicles.
